Clubhouse Deck Roof Project

We are excited to announce the completion of the clubhouse deck roof project! This endeavor has brought several enhancements to our clubhouse, making it an even more inviting space for all residents to enjoy.

The project involved reinforcing our existing deck to accommodate the new metal roof, along with the installation of four sleek fans and ten energy-efficient recessed LED lights. Additionally, new gutters have been installed along the entire length of the roof, both front and back, with new downspouts. The recessed lights are conveniently controlled by a dimmer switch (located inside the clubhouse), allowing for customizable ambiance.

A canopy has been erected above the side door of the clubhouse, accompanied by a floodlight for added safety and convenience. Also, a new motion sensor floodlight has been installed to illuminate the pathway leading from the parking lot towards the lower clubhouse level and the lake beyond.

As a final touch, the exterior of the clubhouse has received a fresh coat of paint.

We believe that these enhancements to our amenities will not only elevate the functionality of our clubhouse but also add significant value to our already beautiful neighborhood.
